Aluminum Melting Pot Holding Furnace
The AL-SREG is a furnace that holds aluminum melting pots for hot-charge purposes, in particular.
The AL-SREG is equipped with the high-efficiency SREG Self-regenerative Burner System specially developed for melting pot furnaces. The melting pot furnace is provided with reinforced sealing and improved heat insulation, which saves energy to a great extent. In the past, two conventional regenerative burners were required for regenerative combustion. A single SREG unit replaces these burners. Therefore, a small installation space can accommodate the AL-SREG and its peripheral devices, thus making it possible to design a compact, space-saving system that will greatly reduce the cost of installation as well.
