Oxygen Burner Type Rapid and High Temperature Ladle Preheater
This system enables combustion in a broad temperature range of 200 °C to 2,800 °C owing to the nozzle separation of an oxy-fuel burner, with a built-in air injection nozzle. This makes possible a wide variety of operations from the drying to the high temperature heating of a ladle.
The rapid heating of the ladle to a high temperature prevents a decline in molten steel temperature.
This allows the tapping temperature of an arc furnace or converter to be lower for energy saving and contributes to longer life of refractories for improvement in productivity.
