RH Preheater for Degassing Tank

This preheater enables combustion in a broad temperature range of 200 ℃ to 2,800 ℃ owing to the nozzle separation of an oxy-fuel burner, with a built-in air injection nozzle. This makes possible a wide variety of operations from the drying to the high temperature heating of a degassing tank, with one burner.
The burner has built-in automatic ignition and flame detecting devices to allow automatic operation. This helps to improve harsh working environments and achieve labor-saving. In addition, the high-temperature heating of the degassing tank prevents the adhesion of skull and a decline in molten steel temperature. This contributes to improving the operating rate of the degassing tank as well as saving energy.
