This compact facility is ideal for small-mix, high-volume production with improvements over the well-established pusher-type continuous furnace.
By separating the furnace body into three chambers (burn-off and heating chamber, carburizing diffusion chamber, and temperature lowering and holding chamber) with an intermediate door, this energy-saving furnace reduces energy consumption per unit by about 36% compared to conventional models.
Low distortion hardening system
The "one-tank, three-step quenching" (patent pending) quenching method developed by our company is a quenching system that reduces distortion during transformation by equalizing the material temperature prior to martensitic transformation. This system enables low distortion regardless of the shape of the material.
