This equipment was developed for the continuous annealing of wire coils of hot-rolled and cold-drawn wire rods. This equipment thoroughly pursues quality improvement and energy conservation by generating ambient gas (N gas) using the exhaust gas from the radiant tube combustion of the annealing furnace and by employing a radiant tube burner with a vacuum vestibule and low NOx recuperator. It is attracting attention as an annealing furnace that can be used for mass production as well as high-mix low-volume production. |
