This is a continuous heat treatment facility for small parts, such as quenching and tempering of small bolts and bearing races, or carburizing of needle bearings. Various types of mesh belts are available according to the size of the material to be treated, and quenching is performed by natural fall, so there is no deformation. The facility is fully automated from the supply of treated materials to tempering, and thorough energy-saving measures are taken in all areas. In addition, rotary retort type, rotary hearth type, link belt type, and other conveying methods can be employed according to the shape and size of the material to be processed. |
