Characteristics

Coaxial burner for stable combustion
General fuel and low-calorie gas are fed in horizontally on the same axis, resulting in stable combustion.

Burnable gas
It can stably burn low-calorie gas of approximately 2500 kJ/Nm3 using ordinary fuel as a seed flame.
However, there may be cases where general fuel aids are not required.

Slow combustion and low NOx
Combustion of low-calorie gas is necessarily low NOx due to low flame temperature and slow combustion.

waste heat recovery
Maximize cost-effectiveness by recovering as much heat as possible with an exhaust gas boiler.

Capable of burning gas with low supply pressure
Since the gas pressure required for burners for low-calorie gas is low, combustion is possible with only a slight increase in pressure.

Complete combustion is possible
The combustion furnace is horizontally mounted horizontally, making it easy to install a heat accumulator inside the furnace and preventing incomplete combustion.
