Equipment Features

Furnaces used for firing and sintering ceramics and graphite.
There are inert gas atmosphere furnaces that use inert gas atmospheres such as N₂, Ar, and He and can operate at high temperatures up to 2,800°C in high-pressure atmospheres ranging from vacuum to 0.99 MPa, oxidation atmosphere furnaces that can heat up to 1,700°C in air or O₂ atmospheres, high vacuum furnaces that can heat up to 2,500°C in an H₂ atmosphere or high vacuum of 0.01 Pa or less, and purification furnaces using halogen gas. High-vacuum furnaces capable of heating up to 2,500°C in an H₂ atmosphere or in a high vacuum of 0.01 Pa or less, and purification furnaces using halogen gas are also available. In addition, ultra-high pressure gas up to 30 MPa can be used to simplify the dewaxing and sintering processes.
