Achieves 80% reduction of heat consumption (compared to separately installed type). Using a newly developed high-performance catalyst, this cartridge type allows the gas reaction cylinder to be inserted directly into the heat treatment furnace, generating carburizing atmosphere gas (R gas) at low metamorphic temperatures of 850 to 950°C. Primary cooling of the product gas is no longer necessary, contributing to energy savings. |
