    *CFPs capable of pressurized cooling up to 1 MPa are also available.
  • Shortened cooling time due to the installation of a dedicated cooling room
  • Cooling is performed in a separate room, so the heater and insulation in the heating room are not exposed to the atmosphere, improving equipment life
  • Subsequent materials can be processed without lowering the heating chamber to room temperature, contributing to a reduction in power consumption for temperature rise.
