Product Overview Ultra-low Nox burner for uniform temperature distribution in the furnace due to the stirring effect in the furnace by high-speed jet flame
Can be used for heating furnaces, forging furnaces, and heat treatment furnaces.

Despite the high-speed jet flame, ultra-low NOx emissions are achieved by the in-furnace diffusion combustion method.
Effective use of preheated air
In the case of preheating air temperature 450℃, 13A city gas, and furnace temperature 1300℃, 31% fuel can be saved compared to the case where the preheating air temperature is not utilized.

The small size and simple structure of the furnace allows for easy installation and maintenance of the furnace body.

Direct ignition by spark plug eliminates the need for a pilot burner and piping.
