By incorporating an air input nozzle and disassembling the nozzle for the oxygen burner, a wide range of combustion from 200°C to 2,800°C can be achieved and a single burner can be used for everything from degas tank drying to high-temperature heating.
The burner is equipped with an automatic igniter and flame detection device, which enables automatic operation, improving the conventional harsh working environment and saving labor. In addition, the high-temperature heating of the degas tank prevents metal from adhering during processing and lowers the temperature of molten steel, thereby improving the utilization rate of the degas tank and saving energy.
