Rapid heating of the ladle at high temperatures prevents a drop in molten steel temperature!
By incorporating a built-in air input nozzle and dividing the nozzle for the oxygen burner, a wide range of combustion from 200°C to 2,800°C is possible, enabling operation from ladle drying to high temperature heating with a single burner. The rapid heating of the ladle at high temperatures prevents the ladle from lowering the temperature of molten steel and contributes to lower outgoing steel temperatures (energy saving) and longer refractory material life (improved productivity) due to lower molten steel temperatures.
