ISRG type self-regenerative burner for immersed pipes

The ISRG Self Regenerative Gas Burner (Immersion tube Self Regenerative Gas Burner) is a compact regenerative burner that allows switching and heat storage combustion in an immersion tube with a single unit. The compact burner body, integrated pilot burner, switching valve, and (air/exhaust gas), and the elimination of the exhaust gas suction fan (IDF) make the entire system compact and low cost. The regenerative burner system is ideal for nonferrous metal melting and holding furnaces using immersion tubes, which have been difficult to install. Alumina balls with excellent heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and economic efficiency are used for the heat accumulator.
