Product Overview In recent years, hydrogen, which emits no carbon dioxide (CO₂), has been attracting attention as an alternative fuel to fossil fuels. However, when used as a burner fuel, its high maximum flame temperature and high combustion speed easily generate a large amount of nitride oxide (NOx), which is a harmful substance, and there are also safety issues.
The hydrogen burner developed in cooperation with Toyota Motor Corporation has a burner structure that takes advantage of the characteristics of hydrogen fuel to achieve not only zero carbon dioxide emissions but also excellent low NOx performance and high safety.
Special Features

Hydrogen does not emit carbon dioxide because it contains no carbon content.

Excellent low NOx performance
Hydrogen and air flow in parallel in the burner for slow combustion and lower flame temperature to achieve low NOx performance.

High Safety
The burner structure is designed to mix fuel with air after the fuel is ejected through the nozzle. Since air and fuel are supplied separately, backfires do not occur during combustion, thus ensuring safe combustion.
