• Equipment inspection and maintenance : 600 cases/year or more
  (*Includes supply of parts and consumables, inspection of other companies' facilities, and proposals for efficiency improvement and energy conservation)

We perform maintenance based on annual inspections of equipment, primarily RTOs, while listening to customer requests.

• Maintenance, adjustment and servicing of combustion equipment and burners
• Maintenance of various ancillary equipment (fans, dampers, heat exchangers, etc.)
• Repair or renew fireproof insulation
• Adjustment, identification of defective parts, maintenance, and renewal of control and instrumentation equipment

• We will diagnose your facilities and respond to your needs based on our know-how.
• Introduction of "honeycomb heat storage body that is resistant to cracking due to thermal shock" developed jointly with a manufacturer.

Our thermal energy professionals analyze facility operating data and make proposals for facility improvements.

• Discover "waste" based on operating time ratios and energy usage ratios for each facility condition.
• Consider which state's energy can be reduced or utilized most effectively
• We will make proposals in accordance with your carbon neutral plan.

Cost-effectiveness of the proposal will be reviewed.
