This equipment performs intake, exhaust, and purging of three or more thermal storage chambers by switching valves. The purge chamber prevents the release of process gas into the atmosphere when the valve is switched, thus achieving a decomposition efficiency of 98% or higher. 〜It can handle large airflow rates of up to 3000 m3/min, and can be set to an air burn mode to prevent burning of tar and tar. |
