Internal Control Policy

In order for Chugai Ro Co., Ltd. to meet the goals of internal control, which include the effectiveness and efficiency of business, reliability of financial reporting, ensuring of compliance, and maintenance of assets, Chugai Ro Group directors and employees execute duties based on the Chugai Ro management philosophy and fulfill corporate social responsibility in full compliance with laws and the Articles of Incorporation.

Acquired ISO 14001 Certification on April 17, 2008

In order to actualize the Chugai Ro managerial policy regarding the development, design, manufacture, and sale of products related to energy, information and communication, and environmental preservation, Chugai Ro Co., Ltd. and its Japanese subsidiaries contribute to society with the firm fundamental stance of meeting customer and product requirements and of promoting environmental preservation activities by observing the following policies.

  1. Strive to improve quality and prevent environmental contamination based on a firm fundamental stance of conscientious employment of its management system and continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the system.
  2. Comply with laws, legal regulations and other requirements agreed to by Chugai Ro Co., Ltd.
  3. Strive to provide products that contribute to greenhouse gas reduction.
  4. Implement education and publicity activities, keeping all people working in or for the organization informed of the company’s quality-related and environmental policies and raising their quality-related and environmental awareness.
  5. Inform the public of the above quality-related and environmental policies.
