Our employee received the "4th Active Female Leader Award (Blue Rose Award)".
We are pleased to announce that a female employee of our company (belonging to the Product Development Department, Development Division) has received the "4th Active Female Leader Award (Blue Rose Award)" for fiscal 2025 sponsored by the Osaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
This award was established in FY2022 to honor women who are active in corporate activities, etc., for the purpose of promoting the appointment of women to executive and managerial positions in companies, introducing women leaders who can serve as role models, and promoting networking among women leaders.
The employee in question has made efforts to promote the enhancement of business competitiveness through the use of intellectual property by revising the employee invention regulations and institutionalizing the implementation incentive system. In 2025, she will be the first woman to be promoted to a managerial position in the engineering field, and she is leading human resource development and organizational revitalization by providing young and mid-career employees with opportunities for challenge and evaluation. This ongoing effort has been highly evaluated. These ongoing efforts have been recognized and led to this award.
Personal comments:
I feel that this award is not the result of my efforts alone, but rather the support of many people who have helped me in my daily work, and I believe that I received this award together with everyone who has been involved with me. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who has understood my need to balance work and family life.
I would be happy if this award makes everyone think, 'Maybe I can do it, too.
We will continue to create an environment where diverse human resources respect and accept each other, and where they can maximize their individual abilities with fair opportunities to play an active role.
