The purpose of the Hataraku Ale program is to recognize and certify companies, organizations, and municipalities that are working to enhance and utilize employee benefit programs, to deepen understanding of the importance and effectiveness of employee benefit programs, to further promote their penetration and utilization in the workplace, and to provide information to personnel (new graduates and mid-career workers) in the labor market to assist them in selecting employment opportunities. The purpose of this program is to promote the understanding of the importance and effectiveness of the welfare system and to further promote its use in the job market.
Under the "Hataraku ale 2022" program, 76 corporations, including our company, were certified as "welfare promotion corporations" and granted the logo mark.

Applications for the Hatara Yale 2022 program were accepted from October 2021 through January 2022, and the winning corporation was selected on March 14, 2022. The next round will begin accepting new applications in October 2022.
